Description:
A recipe I got from my officemate Mae, although I varied it a little.
Ingredients:
10 packs Ace biscuits (kinda like graham crackers, but chocolate-flavored)
1 small can condensed milk
half a box of all-purpose cream
dessicated coconut (maybe half a cup)
Nips or m&m candies
Directions:
Crush the Ace biscuits. It's easier to do if you don't open the packs while crushing them, then open the packs when you're ready to pour out the powdered biscuits into a bowl. I used a rolling pin to crush them.
Mix in 1 small can of condensed milk and half a box of all-purpose cream. (This was where I varied the recipe - Mae's original recipe called for one regular sized can of condensed milk and no cream, but Mom said that would be too sweet.)
Roll up the mixture into little, bite-size balls and stick a candy down the middle. Roll it in the dessicated coconut to coat it so it won't be so sticky.
Refrigerate the balls and wash your sticky hands. That's it!
* I think you can also put in marshmallows or cherries or other tidbits in the center.
